Palmolein

Palmolein comes from fractionating palm oil. Fractionating is a technique by which a fat is separated into several parts (fractions). Palmolein is the liquid component that is released during the fractionating process. Its uses are similar to those of palm oil with the difference that its melting point is 24 degrees Celsius.
